
Michael K. DeKruif
Michael K. DeKruif, a Partner of Milton & DeKruif, Attorneys at Law, represents clients in civil litigation cases, including the representation of many individuals in personal injury matters, and the representation of clients in structured settlement purchases. He is also an experienced trial attorney, capably handling all aspects of the litigation process, including settlement negotiation and trial, in both the state and federal court systems.
In his practice, Mr. DeKruif has obtained numerous successful judgments on behalf of his clients. He also has settled multi-million dollar personal injury cases as the lead attorney. An article co-authored by Mr. DeKruif, (drafted with Victor E. Lund) was published in the Spring 2001 issue of Minnesota Defense, quarterly magazine published by the Minnesota Defense Lawyer's Association. The article was entitled "Admissibility of Novel Scientific Evidence: The Minnesota Supreme Court's Verdict."
Mr. DeKruif received a Juris Doctorate from Hamline University School of Law, located in St. Paul, Minnesota, in 2001. He also received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cardinal Strich University, graduating summa cum laude, in 1998. Mr. DeKruif is licensed to practice law in California, Arkansas, Indiana, Kansas and Oklahoma.
