Christopher R. Milton

Christopher R. Milton, Managing Partner of Milton & Dekruif, Attorneys at Law, represents clients in civil and business litigation cases, with considerable experience in personal injury matters, as well as banking, factoring and annuity issues.  He is also a knowledgeable trial attorney, appearing in both state and federal court, and has extensive experience in all aspects of the litigation process, ranging from negotiation of settlements to trial.

Mr. Milton has successfully handled more than 4,000 individual cases on behalf of his clients, including representation of nearly every major factoring company in the industry. He has also achieved considerable success for his clients in a series of Enterprise rent-a-car accident cases.  Mr. Milton has an established reputation in the legal community as an excellent litigator and an outstanding advocate for his clients.

Mr. Milton received a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, graduating as a member of the St. Thomas Moore Law Society and Order of the Coif, in 2001.  He also received an Advanced Bachelors degree from Occidental College located in Los Angeles, in 1993.  Mr. Milton is admitted to practice law in California, Florida, Massachusetts and Texas. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court in the Central, Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of California.
